Welcome to the Manukau Tramping Club
We organise two tramps per week, most weeks of the year. Generally, one on Sundays, one on Tuesdays.
Tramps are graded according to Expected Duration of tramp and Terrain Difficulty. Note that travel to and from the track is not included in the expected duration. Please refer to both the Expected Duration and Terrain Difficulty grades in order to determine whether or not a tramp is suitable for you.
Tramps classified as shorter in duration (up to 4 hours) and easy terrain are ideal for people starting out. A basic level of fitness is required, but you don't need to be super-fit.

Weekend and multiday tramps are held regularly and are made up almost exclusively of Club members.
